How do I connect Facebook or Google to my Sketchy account?

The option to sign in using Facebook or Google will be presented to you at the time of registration or logging in to your account. You can also access your profile page to link your account to Facebook or Google.

How do I disconnect Facebook or Google from my Sketchy account?

You can access your profile page to disconnect either Facebook or Google from your account.

When I try to log in using my email and password, it says "Invalid login credentials. Please try again" what should I do?

Consider resetting your password. If you are unable to access your credentials by trying to reset your password, or you do not have access to the email that you registered with, you can contact us by filling out the support form.

How do I subscribe to Sketchy news and emails?

Sign in to your account and access your profileto subscribe or unsubscribe from Sketchy news.

What does the Sketchy subscription include?

All product subscriptions are timed subscriptions. Each subscription includes a comprehensive set of video lessons with complementary review cards.

Can I buy a subscription for just SketchyMicro?

Unfortunately, individual course subscriptions are no longer available. Students are only able to purchase bundles depending on what level they are interested in.

Do all programs and courses have quiz questions?

Quiz questions are currently only available for the current SketchyMedical Level 1 courses: SketchyMicro, SketchyPharm, and SketchyPath. 

Do you have a free trial version?

A free trial is available with access to a selected number of video lessons with their complementary review cards & quiz questions. Sign up for the free trial here.

I forgot my password, can I reset my password?

You can only reset your password if you have an active account. In order to reset your password follow the instructions here.

Can I extend my subscription if I want additional study time?

Currently you can add additional months to either the SketchyUltimate Lv.1 or Lv.2 bundles. Bundle extension prices can be viewed on the Lv.1 or Lv.2 plans page from within your account.

Are the videos viewable on Desktops/Laptops and Mobile Devices?

Yes, please note that each device may have different required browser and OS versions.
