That Annoying Teller
I’ve been banking with Bank of America for almost seven years now and they’re on the verge of loosing me because of that one annoying teller… You know the one, she missed the day when they taught that the customer was always right. Bank of America already makes it difficult for someone with personal and business accounts to transfer money between accounts. Whenever I get checks for my business, I have to deposit them in the business account and then wait a day or so before going into the bank to have a teller transfer money from the business account to my personal account. I still don’t understand why my accounts can’t all be linked together so that I can do everything online, like at my new bank Wells Fargo.
To add insult to an already pain in the ass process there is that one annoying teller that refuses to simply process the transfer on the computer… No, she says they are not supposed to do that and anyone that does it that way for me is doing it wrong. I’ve had to deal with her several times now and I’ve brought it up every time since I don’t understand why she feels the need to withdraw the money from one account and deposit it into the other via paper transactions. Why are all the other tellers able to simply do the transfer on the computer, something tells me it’s not them that is doing things wrong.
