Boy eats Penguin while Dog looks on!

The Orange County Sheriff and PETA are looking for the boy in this photo to question him about why he ate the Penguin.
The Dog is also wanted for questioning. Details are sketchy at the moment but we’ll update as we get more information.
The boy contacted us… He’s insisting that the Penguin was actually a toy and he didn’t eat it, he says he just chewed it some… The dog is keeping his snout shut but we’re not sure if it’s because he’s afraid the boy may try to eat him too.
